Message from the Principal

Dear MIHFA Families,

This week, our students got to take a fun field trip to visit our neighbors-The Vallejo Peoples Garden.  Students had the opportunity to learn about plants and seeds and how food gets from the farm to your table.  We are very grateful for this wonderful collaboration that we have with the Vallejo Peoples Garden.  If you get a chance, stop by on a Saturday to help out!

Our school garden is in need of some help.  If you have any interest in working in the garden, stop by the office so that we can talk about setting up a garden volunteer schedule.

Science contest application deadline has been extended to February 9.  Talk to your student about doing a science project and entering it in the contest!

There is no school on Monday, Feb 20th in observance of Presidents' Day.

We will be having an awards assembly at the end of the month.
